প্রশ্নবোধক বাক্যের voice change-এ tense ঠিক রাখা ও 'who' → 'by whom' রূপান্তর — দুটোই একসাথে সামলাতে হয়।

মূল ধারণা

দুটি বিষয় খেয়াল রাখো —

1. Tense: 'is calling' = Present Continuous → passive-এ 'is being called' (am being called)।
2. 'Who': subject হিসেবে 'who' passive-এ doer হয়ে যায় → 'by whom'।

তাই: 'Who is calling me?' → 'By whom am I being called?'

মনে রাখার কৌশল

Continuous tense-এ passive = 'be + being + V3'। 'is calling' → 'is being called' — 'being' বাদ দিলে tense ভুল হবে।

সাধারণ ভুল / ফাঁদ

• (ক) 'am I called' — Continuous-এর 'being' বাদ পড়েছে → tense ভুল।
• (খ) 'By whom I am called' — interrogative হলেও word order assertive হয়ে গেছে → ভুল।
• (ঘ) word order ঠিক নয় এবং tense-ও ভুল।
