1. Introduction

Welcome to Bangla Technologies (“BanglaTech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

Bangla Technologies is a community-driven digital assessment and competition platform designed for students, coaching centers, and educational communities.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service if you can form a legally binding contract under the laws of Bangladesh. The Service is intended for educational use and may be used by students under 18 with appropriate supervision.

  • Coaching centers, teachers, and guardians are responsible for the conduct of minors using the Service under their supervision.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
  • You may not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • You may not impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate rankings, competitions, or leaderboards.

4. User Content

The Service lets you create posts, blogs, comments, quiz responses, uploaded answer-sheet images, group messages, and other content (“User Content”).

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • By submitting User Content, you grant BanglaTech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
  • You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or sexually explicit.
  • Harass, bully, or intimidate other users, including in chat or comments.
  • Post spam, advertising, or repeated promotional content outside of channels meant for it.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.

6. Quizzes, Competitions, and Leaderboards

The Service supports digital quizzes, exams, competitions, and public leaderboards. You agree that:

  • You will not cheat — for example, by sharing answers, using unauthorized aids, or coordinating with others during timed events.
  • You will not use multiple accounts, scripts, or automation to inflate scores or rankings.
  • Uploaded answer sheets must be your own work and may be reviewed by authorized examiners.
  • We reserve the right to disqualify entries, void scores, reset rankings, or remove users from competitions if cheating or manipulation is suspected.
  • Competition prizes, certificates, and rewards (where offered) are subject to the rules published for that specific competition.

7. Games

The Service includes mini-games (such as Ludo, Reaction, Word Battle, Speed Math, Pattern Recognition, Memory Rain, and Code Output Guess) with single-player and multiplayer modes.

  • Game results and scores must be earned through fair play.
  • Exploiting bugs, modifying client behavior, or using third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
  • We may adjust scoring, reset leaderboards, or remove scores at our discretion to maintain fair competition.

8. Groups and Communications

  • Group admins are responsible for setting rules within their group, including content visibility and membership.
  • Private group content is intended only for members; redistributing it outside the group without permission is prohibited.
  • Chat features (direct and group) must not be used for harassment, spam, or illegal activity.
  • BanglaTech may access and review communications when necessary to investigate abuse reports or comply with legal requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content provided by BanglaTech — including tutorials, branding, code, logos, designs, and questions authored by us — is owned by Bangla Technologies (a product of Nerddevs Ltd.) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by the Service (for example, sharing a tutorial link).

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services (for example, Google Sign-in, analytics providers, or payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

11. Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

  • Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
  • Warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in abuse, cheating, harassment, or other prohibited behavior.
  • Disqualify users from competitions, void scores, or reset leaderboards to preserve fairness.
  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at the address below.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BanglaTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, that defects will be corrected, or that scores, evaluations, and rankings will always be free of mistakes.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Bangla Technologies, Nerddevs Ltd., or our employees, officers, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) BDT 1,000.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bangla Technologies, Nerddevs Ltd., and our officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
